This community is dedicated to the Curly Girl Method (CGM) of caring for wavy, curly, and coily hair. Open to all, regardless of gender, race, or age, we focus solely on embracing and enhancing natural curls. The Curly Girl Method, popularized by Lorraine Massey, emphasizes sulfate-free and silicone-free hair care, co-washing, deep conditioning, and avoiding heat styling to maintain healthy, defined curls.
