Over 15 years experience delivering real estate and infrastructure projects across the globe. Currently based in Los Angeles. I’m passionate about helping real estate developers navigate the intricacies of project management, from inception to completion. Originally from Sweden, and my journey has taken me through Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US. I specialize in advising on project delivery, cost management, and process improvement, leveraging my background to drive success in high-stakes projects. Before founding my own consultancy, I’ve worked at a Big Four firm managing large-scale projects, enhancing program management, and developing robust processes for consistent delivery. Outside of work, I have three young daughters, a golden retriever and a husband. Currently learning to play tennis!

No excuses, not even a broke city and state with incompetent leadership, will stop me and my team to rebuild one of the greatest places to live, Pacific Palisades, CA. My office is still standing in the middle of the rubble, thanks to Rick Caruso and his private firemen. January 2025 changed everything for me and countless friends and colleagues as I watched their homes burn to the ground. Now I am at the center of the rebuild efforts, coordinating the private and public sector, assisting homeowners find their path forward, and ensuring our town is rebuilt to the highest and best standards from around the world. With pools of talent flocking to help, from Sir Norman Foster to Edie Lutnik, we will rebuild and set an example for all post-disaster recovery.
