After attending UC Santa Barbara and majoring in History, he stumbled into digital marketing, joining Sequoia-backed AdBrite, one of the first ad networks. Tye has 19 years of performance marketing experience growing startups and Fortune 500 companies, specifically in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C). RBL has grown to 15 full-time remote employees, serving clients like Grammarly, Nextdoor, Oculus (Meta Quest), Hatch, Atlassian, Wyze, LiveNation, Facebook Portal, Hopin, Tempo, FutureFit, Puma, Scotch Porter, and Packed Party. Tye loves building teams with a growth mindset and identifying the more efficient, revenue-generating opportunities for innovative brands.
