Regulatory Mitigation: Under Title 13, Chapter 72 of the Utah State Code, the Office of Artificial Intelligence Policy is authorized to offer regulatory mitigation agreements to Utah-based AI companies. This program is designed to support businesses in introducing AI technologies to the marketplace by addressing regulatory challenges on a case-by-case basis.
