About
I am the creator of PrestoLecture, a course designed to help knowledge workers and researchers process non-fiction written information more rapidly and retain it on the long term.
And no, it's not speed reading, although I do offer that as an additional skill for those interested.
My teachings are utilized in both private and public organizations, as well as universities, and I offer an online course for individual learners.
Driven by a passion for the hidden superpowers of humans, particularly intuition and subconscious processes, my whole life has revolved around exploring human evolution: how can we become happier, healthier, smarter?
What’s the most efficient way to improve ourselves, and how can we collectively progress to create a better world?
Despite being fully aware of our current state as a species on this planet, I remain highly optimistic.
I love reading, of course, sharing good food, spending time in nature, hiking, rock climbing, and occasionally kayaking.
In the past, I spent years intensely practicing martial arts, focusing mainly on Japanese swordsmanship, as well as Aikido, Jodo, and Naginatajutsu.
I discovered Tim Ferriss’s work by reading The 4-Hours Workweek, and started listening to his show from its inception.
It’s the only podcast I listen to regularly: I really love the format and the variety of subjects covered.
I had an amazing experience meeting a group of Tim's fans in Vancouver, Canada, during my first visit there, and I'm curious and excited to connect with other fans closer to home!
