I am 22.8 years old chronologically but 20.2 years old epigenetically. I have read Don't die and am currently in the process of building my protocol which has been greatly inspired by Blueprint. I am a securities trader by day and an avid reader of history, philosophy, esotericism, and many other subjects. I have followed the works of David Sinclair for the past few years and greatly enjoy keeping up with the latest publications related to the science of longevity.
