As an enterprise software veteran, investment banker, private equity and family office leader, Christian Mack has successfully grown under-valued enterprise software organizations into high-value organizations. Under his leadership, Lotus Domaine Capital – a lower middle market buyout growth private equity firm specializing in enterprise software organizations – has delivered double-digit returns. With backing from his Family Office, Terra Rossa Family Office and other family offices, high net-worth individuals, and institutions. Christian is currently investing in a commitment fund targeting enterprise software acquisitions to execute his playbook of value creation.
Prior to launching Lotus Domaine Capital, Christian Mack founded an enterprise software company called Resolve Systems® in 1999 from scratch and grew it organically into one of the largest Run Book Automation Enterprise Software companies and exited the firm in 2012.
Christian has a wealth of knowledge and experience having held a variety of senior-level roles including CEO, Board Chairman, Consultant, Founder, Partner and Managing Director as well as holding a B.S in Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
