I am a customer-centered technology leader and visionary entrepreneur with 15 years of technical and business experience with AI/ML speech recognition and NLP/NLU, having founded and scaled bootstrapped and VC-backed startups from zero to millions of dollars in revenue thanks to having developed amazing products. I've created enterprise and B2B software solutions and accelerated their adoption by developing new products and features beyond client expectations. I've grown Atexto’s marketplace for data labelers from zero to millions of users in 100 countries to annotate, curate, and collect text and speech data. I coined product vision, defined strategy, and drove for resources to kick start new projects partnering with diverse stakeholders. I lead cross-functional teams, specifically designing and implementing agile frameworks to accelerate product feedback loops and optimization and leading day-to-day challenges and tribulations during the journey. Sometimes, I write the first lines of code, as I am proficient in Javascript (React and Node) and PHP; always, I talk to users first-hand and leverage data to discover hidden paths, confirm hunches and make decisions. I master MySQL and several analytics suites. I love being in the trenches and leading from behind equally.
