Ciao! I'm Filippo, a 24-year-old with a passion for sports. I spent years playing golf, but now you’ll mostly find me at the gym or out for a run.
I graduated last year in Management and have a love for 3D animations and creative communication.
Though I’m new to biohacking, I’ve been deeply inspired for over a year by Bryan Johnson’s scientific, pragmatic, and profoundly human approach to optimizing life. Hosting DONT DIE events is my way of learning, sharing, and building a community of like-minded individuals who care about health, fitness, and longevity.
