Hello, I guess here, after a short personal/ professional introduction, I will describe how I got keyed in to Blueprint and how it has changed my life personally.
I am 28 years old and live in downtown Kansas City, where I moved this last September. I got my undergrad in sport science, and have two master's degrees in industrial and environmental engineering. Learning, reading, and general continuous improvement is important to me, so I have continued on to a PhD in industrial engineering for fun.
As for Blueprint, I began my own "personal Blueprint" last June. It has become quite a detailed protocol! Sunday through Thursday I have the exact same food every single day, which is adapted from Bryan's protocol. I have a detailed sleep routine (the thing I am trying to work on the most right now), do intermittent fasting, and take about 20-30 supplements each day. I also have a very consistent exercise routine. On Friday nights and Saturdays I am a bit more relaxed with food, but generally try to avoid alcohol and things that would spike my blood sugar. Although I am still trying to improve, I would say that starting my own Blueprint has been one of the more life-changing things I have done in the last few years. I would love to host this event if there is not a host already!
