Inclusive Agile
Inclusive Agile is a Utah-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by a group of individuals with 75+ years of experience in the technology industry and 30+ years on Agile teams. We have diverse backgrounds in leadership, software engineering, Agile transformations, coaching, and developing and delivering training courses.
We are a learning and development company that teaches individuals and organizations Agile values and principles to build high performing teams.
The “Agile” in Inclusive Agile refers to a set of core values and principles laid out in the Agile Manifesto, a document signed in 2001 at Snowbird, Utah. It has become the basis of how the software engineering industry approaches work across the globe. Since becoming the standard in tech, the concepts behind Agile have also been expanded to apply to many other business and industry segments. Because of this, understanding Agile as a business practice is a sought-after technical skill. We are unique in our approach to training and certifying Agile practitioners by emphasizing crucial components that have been missing in the industry – psychological safety and inclusion.
Or, as we like to say,
Inclusion is the fourth wave of Agile.
