I am passionate about experimentation and instilling a culture of optimisation. I've recently joined the growing team at HeliosX to lead the growing experimentation function, building out process and a programme across previously untapped categories. I was previously working as a Senior Consultant at Conversion. One of the (many!) great things about being at Conversion was the constant opportunity to insight and knowledge share, and push each other to learn more in the ever-evolving space. I'm loving my time at HeliosX so far - but I really want that opportunity to insight share and learn from other experts around me, so I can ensure I'm driving the most successful team and programmes possible!
