About
Founder at Harkened & The Endery
Creative at heart, businesses are her canvas. Having started as a production manager at a small textile company in Lima, Peru, in 2015, she took revenue from $200k to over $5m, grew a team of 5 to 80+, became partner and later full owner in the span of 5 years with no outside investment. In one of the most incredible journeys of her life, she successfully pieced together the right team and systems, and collaborated with talented brands and Peruvian artisans alike to pioneer artisan manufacturing at scale, exporting over 100,000 items yearly, backed by a small army of 2000+ knitters in Peru.
With no business education or background to pull from, suddenly running a company in a foreign country (and language), Kelly leaned heavily on Tony Robbins and Tim Ferriss from the very beginning of her journey to hone the beliefs and mindset required to lead and scale a business. Thanks to both of them, she found the tools she needed to debunk the belief that she wasn’t qualified and learned how to enjoy the journey.
