I am the founder and managing director of Courtesy Bay Capital, a real estate private equity firm that invests in commercial real estate throughout the United States, with particular interest in self-storage and multifamily apartment properties. Additionally, I have been a practicing attorney in Washington, DC for over 30 years. In my law practice, I advise C-Suite executives and their employers in the design, implementation and operation of deferred compensation programs.
