I’m Kristen Wolfe, a Salt Lake City–based founder building at the intersection of retail, community, and emerging technology. I launched my business as an Etsy shop and scaled it into a brick-and-mortar storefront and event production company that has generated six figures in annual economic impact for local partners and creatives.
As a founder, I oversee operations, merchandising strategy, marketing, team leadership, financial planning, and live event production. I’ve produced 100+ community markets and immersive experiences, managing everything from vendor ecosystems to guest experience design. I think in systems from inventory flow to customer acquisition and I’m especially interested in how AI and agentic commerce are reshaping small retail infrastructure.
