As a CRO and Head of Growth & Multi Business Acceleration at RIA Distributing, I oversee the strategic planning and execution of our biodegradable agave fiber products, including agave straws and Mexican vanilla. With over 9 years of experience in this role, I have successfully established and expanded our market presence, customer base, and distribution network in the US, while ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical responsibility. I have also obtained FDA and USDA certifications for our bio-based products, which offer a superior alternative to plastic and paper straws, and support the indigenous communities in Mexico that produce the agave and vanilla.
