I'm a Brazilian-Polish project manager and CRO practitioner.
Formerly a Law student, I had to manage my life in detail as the undiagnosed ADHD didn't allow me to progress like everyone around me. During my life, I studied the effects of diversity on one's life, as it was deeply relevant to my own experience.
In 2023, I left the Brazilian legal world and moved to Poland to work in Conversion Optimization and make a living in Europe. I currently work at AWA Digital as a Growth & Operations Consultant and am an avid CXL student to get my mini-degree in the field.
I dedicate myself to showing diversity as a superpower in Experimentation and Product.
