I like to think of myself as part strategist, part problem-solver, and part team builder. Whether it’s leading a website overhaul, building an experimentation roadmap, or planning a virtual team social event, my approach is always the same: understand the people behind the problem, dig into the data, and collaborate to get things done.
I’ve had the chance to work across different industries and company sizes, but what excites me most is working with teams who care deeply about their craft. I thrive in environments where testing and learning are part of the culture, and where the best ideas come from open collaboration and using experimentation to refine and validate decisions.
