I have a passion for the growth and development of those I am privileged to connect with. With the training programs I’ve developed and facilitated and leadership coaching I’ve done, I’ve raised leadership’s assessment scores by 25%. I’ve also developed and implemented talent management programs in which 100% of participants were retained and promoted to 1-2 levels above their current level. Finally, I drove an engagement and retention program in which my site experienced less than 2% turnover while in the midst of site closure activities resulting in all employees being laid off.
My leadership style is based on servant leadership principles and practices with approachability, inclusivity and being collaborative as my key strengths that I leverage in my extensive coaching and training development and facilitation experiences.
On a more personal side of things, I have a beautiful wife and we've been married 33 years! We have 6 kids, including in-laws, and 4 grandkids and love every minute we spend with family. I love to travel and am in pursuit of getting to all the US National Parks.
