As Director of Research and Science at the University of Utah's Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute, I help lead the One-U Responsible AI Initiative (RAI). The One-U RAI aims to advance AI to achieve societal good—all while protecting privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties, and promoting fairness, accountability, transparency, and equity.
