With a lifelong passion for learning and innovation, I’m Scott Heffield, an executive leader with over 40 years in technology and consulting. I'm passionate about helping leaders create great companies.
My technology journey began at age 15 when I built my first computer and taught myself to code. Over my 30+ year career, in various roles—software development, engineering management, team coaching, and executive leadership—I’ve helped build companies, built world-class delivery teams and fostered strong customer relationships.
I'm a certified BOS-UP Implementation Coach. I also hold SAFe and CSM certifications. Personally I love Music, Formula One, Woodworking, and Fly Fishing.
