After spending 17 years building and operating tourism businesses in Sydney Harbour, I saw firsthand how broken hiring had become across hospitality, tourism, marine, events, and seasonal industries. Too many great people were invisible, and too many businesses were overwhelmed with resumes and Facebook chaos.
MatchMesh is built to modernise hiring by making people more visible, searchable, and trusted through profiles, reviews, and video-first applications.
