Get off to a good start. Get together with the Boston Don't Die, digital health, longevity, and vitalist communities for a mindfulness walk and guided meditation after work on the Esplanade. 6:00p - 7:00p - Mindfulness Walk from the Hatch Shell to the Mass Ave Bridge and back. Meet at the Hatch Shell on the side facing the river. 7:00p - 8:00p - Walk together to a Back Bay restaurant. This walk is intended to be fun and casual for mindfulness and general cardio fitness. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and bring your activity tracker! You may also want to bring a water bottle.
