My Story
I spent years in corporate marketing optimizing systems and processes: streamlining workflows, fixing bottlenecks, and becoming the "go-to" person. I was damn good at it. I was also completely burned out.
Everyone assumes business is the main source of burnout.
For me, my career was only a fraction of the issue. I was suffering from mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual neglect. I abandoned all parts of myself to assume the role I was hired to do.
Nightly Sunday scaries. Answering Slack after hours. Chronic gut issues. Fragile mental health. Complete loss of identity.
After healing through trauma therapy and reconnecting with my intuition, I started consulting. A founder asked me to fix his CRM, hire better talent, and streamline operations. Yet he kept telling me all he wanted to do was sell, start a podcast, and focus on marketing.
That's when I realized: you can't systematize your way out of misalignment.
Now I help founders, executives, and high performers align with their intuition and values first, then build systems around what actually matters to them.

I have worked for Stand4Kind for almost 2 years. I'm a mom of 4 and grandma to 1.
