I am a software developer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. I balance my time coding with staying fit, as health and fitness are important to me. I dedicate my time to volunteering for various organizations, contributing positively to the community. I am also an avid reader, continually seeking new knowledge and perspectives. My life revolves around pushing the boundaries of technology, personal development, and community service.
My name is Franziska, and I've been passionate about the fields of biochemistry, health & prevention, fitness, and high performance for as long as I can remember. Additionally, I'm a technology nerd and hold a Master of Science degree in Medical Engineering. In my free time, I follow numerous podcasts and blogs by medical professors, medical engineering professionals, doctors, high-performance athletes, and naturopaths. For some time now, I have observed that more and more people are taking responsibility for their health and educating themselves in this field. This is the kind of people, I enjoy to connect with 😊.
I particularly appreciate the development of medical technology for home use. This includes devices for measuring specific biological values as well as devices to enhance users' performance and health.
Medical technology is my passion, so I test various health trackers, supplements, and even my hyperbaric chamber for you. Feel free to join me on my blog and give me your feedback 😊!
