I am a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Family Physician with a special focus on Brain Health and Longevity. I am also a Clinical Researcher involved in many projects including NeuroTech , Optimal Performance and Flow Science. I am originally from South Africa, but now live in Vancouver, Beautiful British Columbia 🇿🇦🇨🇦 I am part of the BluePrint 5000 Research Project as participant, as well as a colleague in Dr. Oliver Zolman's group of physicians advising Bryan / Zero.
