Breathwork meditation (holotropic style)
This holotropic-style breathwork meditation helps create feelings of clarity, gratitude, love, increased mind-body connection, emotional releasing, and spiritual awakening. You may also experience tingling sensations in the body, releasing of trauma, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, anger, or mental, physical, and emotional blocks. Join us in this practice that has become a powerful tool to connect with deeper levels of consciousness and with the Divine. Bring a pillow, warm blanket, journal & pen, water bottle, and a mat if you have one (we have extras at the studio). New practitioners arrive at 8:15pm for instruction, 8:30pm for returning practitioners.
