I’m Morgan Scalzo, an event marketing manager with a decade of experience in tech. I've worked at a handful of Seattle tech companies including Zillow, Microsoft, Zemax, and Convoy. Currently, I lead event marketing at Statsig, where I’ve built our event strategy from the ground up—hosting community gatherings, sponsoring industry conferences, and launching our annual Significance Summit. I specialize in creating high-impact events that connect technical audiences, generate leads, and drive engagement. Outside of work, I’m a wife, mother of two, and always looking for ways to bring more structure to family life.

I’m a digital marketing leader who believes great strategies don’t just work—they connect with the right audiences (stop trying to boil the ocean!). My approach is about precision, creating targeted, user-first experiences that make businesses thrive and customers feel understood.
My marketing journey started in email marketing for some of the biggest names in IT, crafting campaigns that delivered real results. But I wanted to dig deeper into how people find and engage with content, so I dove headfirst into SEO. Reading the Art of SEO (all 900 pages of it) wasn’t enough, so I took a full-time SEO role to learn the craft from the inside out. I fell in love with the challenge, the creativity, and the data—and it’s been a central part of my marketing story ever since.
Today, I focus on building content strategies that resonate, creating seamless user journeys, and delivering results that matter. Whether launching content hubs that establish authority, optimizing conversion rates, or mentoring teams to think boldly, my mission is clear: make the digital experience effortless and impactful for users and businesses alike.
I thrive on solving tough problems, connecting the dots between data and creativity, and collaborating with talented teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. And yes, I’m still a fan of a well designed spreadsheet and a perfectly worded call-to-action.
Let’s connect if you want to talk about smarter strategies that put users first, sharper targeting, or how to create content that truly delivers results. And if you’re in Seattle, let’s grab a coffee.

I love engaging in deep discussions about sports, finance, and technology, and always enjoy meeting new people over a great meal or drink. Whether it’s discovering hidden gems in the city, attending live events, or talking analytics and AI, I’m always up for a good conversation. Let’s connect and explore what Seattle has to offer!
