Outside of customer success, Kiley is deeply passionate about rehumanizing homeless men and women. She’s actively engaged in Community First! In 2024, Kiley started dabbling in joke writing and stand up comedy, further solidifying her reputation as fearless and hilarious. She continues to pursue storytelling and sidesplitting, driven by her desire to bring people of all kinds together through our most ancient medium – sitting around, making each other laugh.

She is committed to being the kind of leader who brings people together – being a good neighbor, growth manager, and storyteller – constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and legacy building.
Despite her accomplishments, Kiley remains humble and grounded, continuously giving back to St. Ignatius Martyr church, Progressive Anti Abortion Uprising, Community First! Village, Junior League of Austin, and Austin Pets Ali
Was in the insurance space for the last 18 years, including my final stop owning an $8mil agency for the last five years.
But just sold it to focus 100% on my two startups; an insurance SaaS product called Insure Metrics, and an AI for SMBs project called Chop Wood Ventures.
Been building for the entire time I owned my agency. Both projects are just getting started, but both have paying customers, pre marketing. And getting ready now to put real effort into marketing.
Love meeting other founders and sharing the ups and downs, and insights we learn along the way. Having a group of like minded people willing to share and give can literally be life changing. And I want to be apart of that.
