Utah Tech Week is a smorgasbord of experiences and events hosted by startups, VC firms, community organizations — anyone who supports the startup community.
The “why” behind Utah Tech Week is to cultivate “happy collisions” in the Utah tech community; the kind that lead to friendships, partnerships, and deals. There’s no cost to attend or sponsor, the only requirement is a desire to help build Utah’s tech scene.

I am the Chief of Staff for Utah Tech Week and the Head of Operations at VanCraft. At VanCraft, we make, sell, and rent amazing Sprinter campervans.
As CTO, I serve as the sole architect, developer, and technical strategist behind the product. I own the entire technology stack — from designing frontend experiences in React to managing backend logic, authentication, and real-time features in Supabase.
My role covers every part of the engineering process:
• Frontend: I build dynamic, responsive UIs in React, optimizing for clarity, speed, and maintainability.
• Backend: I use Supabase for database design (Postgres), serverless functions, real-time syncing, and secure authentication (RLS policies, JWTs).
• DevOps: I manage version control, branching, and deployments through GitHub and GitHub Actions, ensuring a clean CI/CD pipeline and smooth production releases.
• Product Execution: I translate business requirements into intuitive features, handle integrations, and iterate quickly based on feedback — all while keeping the codebase production-ready and scalable.
As a solo technical lead, I make core architectural decisions, ship continuously, and maintain full accountability for the reliability, security, and performance of the app.
I’m the Founder & CEO of Geniusee, a software and product development company helping startups and enterprises innovate, accelerate, and thrive through technology.
Before launching Geniusee in 2017, I gained broad experience across finance, retail, and automotive industries while working with Deloitte, CloudMade, and SoftServe. That background shaped my focus on building products that are not only technically strong but also strategically impactful.
Today, Geniusee unites 250+ professionals across our offices in Poland (Warsaw) and Ukraine (Lviv, Kyiv), with a sales presence in Austin, TX. We’ve successfully delivered 100+ projects for startups (including Y Combinator and Techstars alumni) and established companies across the US, UK, and EU.
We specialize in FinTech, EdTech, and AI, combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technologies — over 60 tech stacks in total. As an AWS Advanced Partner and ISO 27001 & 9001 certified company, we prioritize quality, security, and long-term scalability.

I help tech leaders and entrepreneurs master the "human operating system." As an LMFT specializing in burnout recovery, I provide the tools to navigate high-pressure environments without sacrificing mental or physical health.
I focus on the science of the nervous system—teaching you how to recognize your body’s data and shift out of survival mode back into a state of focus and flow. By learning to regulate your internal hardware, you can make the adjustments necessary to sustain peak performance and high-stakes decision-making without the cost of exhaustion. I’m here to help the Utah tech community build careers that are high-impact, high-output, and—most importantly—sustainable.
I don’t just help companies catch up, I help them leap ahead.
As the founder of Cameo Labs, I work with high-growth leaders who are tired of quick fixes and want real transformation. From EdTech to SaaS, I help organizations ditch outdated playbooks, align their teams around a vision, and deliver products their customers actually want.
